COCKTAIL DE TALMA leaves to another adventure!

Born in the French Ardennes in the stud after whose he was named after, COCKTAIL is a son of BALOUBET DU ROUET and their star broodmare REGGAE DE TALMA (Cento x Quidam de Revel). He is out of an exceptional brotherhood with 8 international horses: UNE DE L’OTHAIN, VALKYRIE DE TALMA, BOREALE DE TALMA, BALZAC DE TALMA… His dam stands out as one of the best 5 broodmare in the world having with only offspring still in competitions.

Licensed in the Selle Français studbook with his performance on the French young horses circuit, he passed a real turning point when arriving in the Olympic rider’s stables. At 9 year-old, while the 5* circuit were stopped due to COVID, the couple won the two Grand Prix 2* in a row in St Tropez. Later in the year, they wrote their names in the rankings of the 5* Grand Prix of Stockholm and Valkenswaard! As he turned 10, he became one of the main horse of the Wathelet’s stable thanks to his consecutive performances, especially in the 5* of Lyon or 3* of Brussels.

Seduced, the very active Belgian trader, Karel COX, just acquired the horse for one his Irish client. For all the breeders interested by his talent and his genetics, his semen will keep being distributed by France Etalons and Karel Cox!
